Sometimes you get to do a shoot that's good for the mind and body. I worked with Charles on creating some tutorials for Yoga Vibes, a website that features online yoga classes. Overall the shoot went well, but definitely there were things we could have done better. Using lights is just so much work and difficult to achieve when you're trying to avoid at all cost those nasty shadows that pop up. Now that the shoot is done, I have to start editing the pieces. Did I mention we filmed three separate yoga sessions. It was a long day! But anyway, check out the production photos. And thanks to everyone who participated in the shoot, you know who you are!

Also check out the film's main site at www.redhookacademy.com

A little trailer I had put together of the Chinese New Year Lion Dance from back in 2007. One of my personal favorite Chinese tradition when I was younger. Lion Dancing helped me connect with my heritage and culture in a way that can only be done through the practice of the arts. Check it out, its really cool. I bet it'll make you want to dance too.

Souleo and KC interviewed the rising musicians named the New Boyz. They were cool people coming from the West Coast and to my amazement only 17 years old. Check out Part of 1 of 3 of the interview.

It was the first time filming with kids and it was pretty exciting. I thought it would have been more difficult working with kids than adults, but they actually took direction very well and went through the scene quickly. We only had a limited amount of time because the parents wanted to take their kids home at a certain time.
